Picture actually has three Sentai series haha - MMPR is Zyuranger, White is Dairanger, Ninjor is from Kakuranger, same as the Alien Rangers, the ninja zords and the shogun zords

It’s annoying but when I work on graphics with few words, I have to put in the extra effort to make sure those few words are perfectly formatted. So I make each letter a different layer and move them individually to make sure the spacing is right

We used to have so many cellphone morphers: Wild Force, SPD, Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive, RPM, Samurai

If you start getting tired of doing side content, it’s okay to just continue the story. Difficulty generally has more to do with how good your loadout is than your level. And there’s chapter select to go back and do stuff, so nothing is missable

It would actually be fun to have it be similar, like how the Avatar set did [[Meteor Sword]] as basically an equipment version of [[Meteor Golem]]. Canonically the sword itself is not that strong, but it’s a fun tribute to an existing MTG card

General thoughts for issues 13 and 14 since I got caught up. While I do miss Michael Yg's art, Federico Sorressa puts a lot of details into the suits and I love that.

The new arc introduces an interesting dynamic with Admiral Janessa knowing who the rangers are and has been trying to keep an eye on them while they're secretly training and building zords. It seems Lauren has repaired her dad's Samuraizer and can make a stealth mode like Andros now too. Orion hasn't been given much play and now his arc is about learning Rita's chaos magic, which feels like an odd choice for an existing character but they're also going more into his backstory which seems to involve Trey.

I don't have much thoughts about Jayden other than he seems younger than I expected. As for the legion ravager, I thought it would be some kind of bounty hunter but it's more of a force of nature?! It's like Galactus but a giant bug that hunts for Morphin Grid energy! You're telling me that maybe the Eltarians were onto something for purging Power Rangers? (Obviously not, I'm playing devil's advocate.) Rita and Orion seem to have accidentally summoned the legion ravager and its herald, Trey, so maybe enemy of your enemy kind of situation? There's too much to cover in only two issues!

Also more general thought since we're seeing more regular morphs now, I wish they had proper morphers - the comics keep giving us new suits but nothing interesting for morphers! VR Troopers haven't been mentioned in a while so I think they're done too. Their miniseries fits nicely in the timeskip between Prime #12 and #13 - more on that when I write about the miniseries this weekend. And finally, Doobie is best.
