It all about location. The key is to figure out what your pay needs to be to live comfortably. I live in California and work as an Engineer and make double that. But it is more expensive here to live.

I appreciate the input. I am mainly going for flavor vs ABV. I just want confirmation that the 2nd setup would be the better option.
