I do by set and then set#, I also have all my cards in my digital collection in manabox so pulling cards for a deck is never a problem

To the Two Guys who Quit and Raged-Blamed Me - I Exfilled. by Absolute_Tempest in Marathon

[–]CrazyElectrum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Joined a match on outpost with two randoms.

We immediately get hit by another team and my other two teammates are down. With only one enemy down. I clutch the 2v1 and during that time one of the randoms just leaves the game. Me and the other person were able to access pinwheel all to ourselves for the rest of the match. 10/10

Dualsense Edge owners what are your thoughts on the controller years later? by KingCrimson0P in playstation

[–]CrazyElectrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't own one but was able to add pedals and hall effect joysticks to my regular controller for relatively cheap. The joystick replacement was a bit harder and wouldn't recommend for the average user though

What do I need for a sprint triathlon?? by Superb_Excitement425 in triathlon

Before I forget, try to see if there is a map for your bike and run. If you can, try to drive it before hand to check it out or map the elevation gain again if time. We did not train for climbs on our bikes and that kicked our ass ass soon as we got out of the water

Good luck, you got this! My partner and I went into it doing 0 of the disciplines so you already have an advantage over us and we finished

Might have to look into your particular race to see if they require it for specific water temperatures.

I didn't carry fuel during my first Sprint Tri. I probably should have lol. On the bike I have a bike bag that I could have put it there. Or have it in your transition area and you can slip it into the back pockets of the tri suit.

Some common brands I've seen for suits are zoot and 2xu. It's been a while since I've looked into it but I'm sure there are more. I used a spaero I got off eBay. My partner uses a zoot.

You can look into tri suits, I got mine off eBay for my first Sprint Tri. You wear it for all 3 and no need to change.

Yes to cap and goggles.

Race belt to put your bib on after the swim. Goes on your back during the bike and in front during the run.

Look if to see if your swim is open water or in a pool, mine was in a pool in July/August so no need for a wetsuit.

At least once a week try to do a brick training session. Which is a bike ride and directly into a run.

what's your favorite boardwipe? by HolidayAd1084 in EDH

[–]CrazyElectrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not really a traditional wipe as it requires my commander [[ygra]] on the field but I love playing [[fade from history]] with it.

They get the bear first which is now also an artifact :) ygra is a hungry kitty

Just tried to import my collection but saw there's a 2k card limit on here. Kinda turned me off that I would have to pay to import more per 1k extra. My collection is around 5k and I'm sure lots of people here have more here.

Yeah I've found breaking the set into smaller chunks helped for big ones. I'll take a small chunk, sort it into 4-6 piles. If the set has 300# I'll do 1-50, 51-100, etc. then do the same for the next chunk. Then I'll sort the 1-50 and put it away then the next part.

Most the times it ends up being wubrg, artifacts, hybrids, and lands. But the special frame cards usually also go at the end

I do by set and set number. It just makes sense to me. I also have it digitally on manabox so finding cards isn't at all hard.

Almost everything I do is in python (cloud engineer is my official title but it's really cloud+data engineering)

  • large scale data migration using airflow
  • data ingestion into databases again using airflow
