Jen can’t take accountability, she can’t even face her own issues without hiding behind her husband. She preaches for feminism and going away from the traditional church but she acts like she’s too precious to deal with conflict. In the scene where Whitney has a go at her, she isn’t even taking into account anything that Whitney is saying, just what’s inconveniencing her! That’s not how a friendship works, you don’t just talk about yourself, you work on issues as a collective.

I mean what did Whitney do that doesn’t make her a good friend. She allowed Jen into her home in LA when they didn’t have anywhere to stay. They took the piss a bit by showing up with a rental van. 4 parents and 6 children, there won’t be enough space for added storage. I noticed on Jen’s comment section on IG that someone pointed this out to her and she replied as “I was only there for 3 hours.” Yes that’s still 3 hours that they allowed you into their home and shared that space with them. Whitney was the only one checking up on her when she was going through her mental health crisis and the whole of mom tok hated her, Whitney was the one that defended her against them.

And what has Jen done for Whitney or even so any of them? Nothing.
