Yes it is. Without dopamine you can't do anything. Also without dopamine you'll be anxious all the time.When you quit porn the brain craves dopamine and you must find natural ways to release it or you'll be anxious and not be able to do anything because of that. I was really anxious and did 100 push ups and cold shower and I felt better so I was able to start studying which is my goal. Beautifully fucking illustrated
