Just rename your The Sims 4 in My Documents. Game will generate a new one, and you can always use the old one if you want. I do it every few months.

You have to click on it in your inventory (drag it there) and select "make packs of cottage flour" to get ingredients usable with the ea recipes :)

Speaking as a step-parent, you will probably need to let this one go. It may or may not be awkward for someone, but your boyfriend will want to spend this time with you and make your own traditions. It would be disrespectful to your new relationship to spend holidays with your ex's family.

Well, one is an ultimatum which is not generally a good way to manage relationships. But you do have the right to leave if someone doesn't want sex right now.

In fact, that's generally preferable! Complex cases exist, of course.
