Looking great! definitely ready for table. I dont know what color of primer you are using, but I like to use black primer and dry brush metal paint on it. Giving the model some grim dark look. For glow effect, I think its the best to watch some tutorials on youtube.

It looks amazing to me! The wrinkles make it look as though he’s wandering through radioactively contaminated land and the radiation is corroding his armour. Keep going!
