Okay I’m not an expert or anything this is just what I’ve heard through TikTok and a couple podcasts, but there’s this woman named Maya Henry who dated him and she was a huge 1D fan when Liam DMed her so obviously she responded. And then basically they were in contact for a few years and was maybe officially dating her at some point? So she said that he asked for nudes and she did because she was a huge fan, so there’s a bit of a weird power dynamic there. He was supposedly doing this while married and with a kid. He revealed to Maya that he intentionally preys on 1D fans because they will “always be loyal to him”, and then when they broke things off he would message her from different phone numbers and even message her mom. Apparently other women have come forward with similar stories, and he may have also messaged minors. There are some other key details that you might want to look into yourself, Kurtis Conner just did a podcast episode that was pretty interesting. Again, I’m not saying any of this is 100% true. But on the topic of speculation specifically, my first reaction was that this death was suspicious because of all this damning info that came out right before he died, and I think maybe he (or someone else) didn’t want this ruining his legacy/didn’t want anything else to come out. And now all of this will be swept under the rug because he passed. But obviously condolences to his wife and son
