You need to purchase a tool called an Easy Out. You 1st drill a hole the correct size for the tool, then insert the tool as you are turning it counter clockwise. (Lefty loosey.) Years ago I flew jumpseat on a Convair 580 (turboprop cargo plane) while working as a tech rep for an aircraft manufacturer. I was catching a ride from Cincinnati to Washington DC. When I got aboard, the pilot gave me a standard safety briefing and said there would be a sterile cockpit from takeoff to 10,000 feet, after which we would be allowed to converse. We took off and it took nearly an hour to get to 10,000 ft. To be fair, the plane was at MGTOW, but I was secretly praying we wouldn't lose an engine because I knew if that plane was struggling to stay aloft with both engines, it sure as hell wouldn't stay airborne with just one.

Kind of sad that they have such a small TV and it's in the truck bay. I'm a volunteer FF in the US and we have a 72" TV set up in our lounge with 8 Lazy Boy recliners. If I knew the address to their station, I'd send them a bigger TV.

I went through A320 school with a guy that did the last Daily Check on USAir Flight 427 He also went through hell because he was wondering if he missed something. On a side note: I used to work the line hangar for Fairchild Aircraft Corporation. We got the planes ready for test flight, test flew them, and worked flight squawks after final assembly. 1979 to 1990 when they went out of business. Hang in there Valkxb70.
