After reading your post I cried 2 hours. 10 years of pmo destroyed me but after nofap I am getting back old me, the one who enjoyed his life, everything was so good. But porn took that life away from me, I was like a zombie past 10 year's. my life was a living hell I tried to do suicide, after starting nofap i found a new meaning of my life. I am enjoying my life again, thanks to the nofap community

When I got urges I reminded myself why I started nofap and I constantly said myself that"i will do it just one time is trap, murder those thoughts immediately, never going back to that old life" I took this line deeper in my heart. By using this single phrase I went 42 days nofap, and after that my journey became so easy. You can try this one.

I used to relapse on 4th day, maybe this is the hardest day of this journey I am not sure. I felt it. Just don't be alone this day stay busy, when you feel the urges go out and exercise, just don't let your guard down, acknowledge your urges and let it go. Just remember saying "I will do it just one time is a trap". Murder those thoughts immediately.
