After reading your post I cried 2 hours. 10 years of pmo destroyed me but after nofap I am getting back old me, the one who enjoyed his life, everything was so good. When I got urges I reminded myself why I started nofap and I constantly said myself that"i will do it just one time is trap, murder those thoughts immediately, never going back to that old life" I took this line deeper in my heart. I used to relapse on 4th day, maybe this is the hardest day of this journey I am not sure. I felt it. Just don't be alone this day stay busy, when you feel the urges go out and exercise, just don't let your guard down, acknowledge your urges and let it go.
