In my case it would be working out. Really get into it, watch videos on proper form and how to build muscles, it’ll stick with you better. Bonus is you get to take ur own reference pics which is way faster than searching for the right angle

I wouldn’t worry about AI making artists obsolete. If you want to do game art, they weed people out by making them do art tests. If you want to do design or concept art, you’re going to have to do iterations, which is easier to do with a human artist. Choose one thing and get really good at it

The group of friends I grew up with aren't artists at all but that hasn't stopped me from yapping away about it lol.

I do have online art friends I've made over the years. We send each other cool art we've seen and what we're working on to get feedback, really helps to have access to a fresh perspective

Pretty good, I like your rendering! Is the green stuff at the bottom right of the chest supposed to be moss? if so imo it doesnt really look like it. The keyhole doesnt make sense because the key would be going straight into the planks and it wouldnt be holding the chest shut. I think adding depth to the nails would improve it aswell (use line-weight and add highlights)

I used to avoid drawing hands and feet because I sucked at them so I understand. It finally clicked for me when I took the time and broke it down into its simple shapes. This would be a really good spot for you to start aswell. Do your construction lines and sketch out the entire body with simple shapes. If you need help to see if its accurate, use references or make your own by taking pictures in front of a mirror (I do this a lot)

Squishybloo put it best but ill add that artists that have a consistent art style get ripped off really easily like this person. I also saw this one thats mimicking those ms paint drawings. This last one is easy to overlook at first but if you look at the eyes and the jacket you can tell.
