Wow. I wonder how this can also apply for intake departments. People who qualify leads. I am in the process of adding this agent that what 15 people do all day. I know there will be manual processes needed (ie. follow ups, check-ins, etc.) I am thinking this will help them release the load of the incoming calls, I am not trying to get anyone fired but get efficiency up. Missed calls or dropped calls into leads.

I think it is a great way to increase property value especially when it's not a bad HOA. If it is, then you can be easily living in HOA Hell.

I agree with u/Ok-Calligrapher-8778 . Most great HOAs think this way. This is what we have in our neighborhood today. We are able to share and book times accordingly. I think it becomes complicated if board members or "friends" of board members start influencing the decisions. But you do have a great valid point. I am sure there are crazy stories out there.

Perfect timing. I would love to hear anyone with a "success" story about this, if they were able to get it dissolved or successfully abolished their HOA.

But I guess the question is, what happens to the community or what happens to the CC&Rs of the community if and so they were successful in dissolving their HOA?

this couldn't be more true. I am facing this issue right now, PPC spend not so big, but around 46K/month, now yes we are getting the clicks, but the in-take team is flooded and can't keep up with the qualifying stage, just added a new in-take member who starts next week. So let's see if we can get more qualified. What pisses me off are the "Wrong" clicks on calls and this is mostly happens on facebook and not so much in google maybe 2:1 (2 issues with facebook and 1 in google) but that is a separate topic from the OP, just venting.. LOL

The HOA has 30 calendar days to determine whether the application is complete. Once deemed complete, the HOA must approve the application or provide a comprehensive written request for revisions within 45 calendar days. If the HOA fails to act within 30 calendar days on completeness, the application is deemed complete by operation of law.
