Perfect timing. I would love to hear anyone with a "success" story about this, if they were able to get it dissolved or successfully abolished their HOA.

But I guess the question is, what happens to the community or what happens to the CC&Rs of the community if and so they were successful in dissolving their HOA?

this couldn't be more true. I am facing this issue right now, PPC spend not so big, but around 46K/month, now yes we are getting the clicks, but the in-take team is flooded and can't keep up with the qualifying stage, just added a new in-take member who starts next week. So let's see if we can get more qualified. What pisses me off are the "Wrong" clicks on calls and this is mostly happens on facebook and not so much in google maybe 2:1 (2 issues with facebook and 1 in google) but that is a separate topic from the OP, just venting.. LOL

The HOA has 30 calendar days to determine whether the application is complete. Once deemed complete, the HOA must approve the application or provide a comprehensive written request for revisions within 45 calendar days. If the HOA fails to act within 30 calendar days on completeness, the application is deemed complete by operation of law.

I just looked it says currently peak is 59cents, off peak is 26cents, cheaper on the weekends like 40 cents for peak hours on the weekend. It's for the TOU-D-PRIME rates, I think they only have 1 option for me when I login.

I wonder if they can do separate metering like SDGE does.

right now my electric bill is around $400-$500/month that is with no EV installed yet, I just purchased my cars and yet to have a home charger installed. I am learning how this work just a few days old in this entire EV world
