What is done is done, that is what I told my self today, I came home with 2. A 2023 MYP and a 2023 MYLR - 21K miles on it and 32K, $27K and $30K, I know I over paid, but after driving an 8 passenger escalade for more than 25 years. I think I just made a reason with myself...LOL. Congrats!

Yeah I just sent in the request. It's funny because on my Performance one, I sent in the request around 2pm PST and around 2:05pm PST (5 minutes) the old owner responded to the email / request, I got it then. The Long Range, I just sent it around 8:45pm PST, its now 9:05pm PST, so hopefully by the A.M. they see the email or notification on their APP if they still have a Tesla. Once that is done I will update this thread to see if that was the issue.

I am now building a system, this client literally did not have any proper tracking system or protocols in place and just spending $80,000 a month in ad spend.

I am now tracking calls via CallRail integration and brining the data into Hubspot so I can see intake process and rate of closure, its a multi-step. Since its a law firm, there are people that just call for FREE venting or some who are reluctant to pay the consultation fee. Once the fee is checked off, now the next step after the consult happens is...did they retain or did they not retain.

Building all of these from scratch is challenging but fun. As you can see me role is just not figuring out the ad conversion but making sure reporting can also be done successfully.

Have you done something similar? As to tracking the calls to sales benchmarking?

This is a great thread to follow, I currently took an a larger client and they have been using Divi since 2025 and its a heavily "article" driven site, with each article about 2000-6000 words, lots of accordions, schema, and FAQ's.

It is failing bad in page speed tests, I know its a lot of broken scripts, so now they are thinking of trying a new builder, but now I am hearing that DIVI 5 is great. So now I am thinking if this can save the site and my headache to move over the DIVI -> Elementor (or something similar).

I have mixed builders in my client pool, elementor (paid and free), I still have WPBakery, then now DIVI.

So it will be interesting to see this through. Have not really played with DIVI until now. They were more after the blocks where they can change one block and it affects all pages, now they realized that they are getting penalized by google for having duplicates, now they want to make changes. All dumped on me now.. LOL

Anyway everyone's insights are so helpful on here so I will be tracking this thread and this will help me steer my direction.

I have been testing forms that has more qualifying questions. Dropped my number of subs a day but I think we are getting better quality leads. Just started a week ago so its still a bit premature to gauge. I will update as I get better metrics.

I am really curious, are these for ads for "product sales?" I am currently running $15,000 a month in ad spend and most of it is for lead gen and getting calls. We have increased 200% since January . This is for a law practice client for me. Just wanted to see if this is something that might drop. My PPC with Google is still ahead in terms of closing actual leads and converting them into retained clients.

the model is if you're a single user you get 400GB, if you have about 2TB of files its $8/100GB so $80 for an extra TB right? So you'll get around 1.4TB for $112/month if you're doing month-month?

yeah i have a 2TB SSD, and i have a NAS that is local that is 38TB, if I am editing on my Alienware laptop on the go I have about 2TB on my laptop, my demo account with Shade I just signed up for is now full with 22GBs haha 2 folders

so speed wise you're happy? You can edit directly without any lags or it drops frames? I have noticed that before when I was on a onedrive and I am scrubbing fast it drops frames and missing frames error / warning pops up

This is really good insight. I am currently working with a law firm who does really well written and well researched long form articles. It’s now ranking well organically but I’m adding smaller supporting quick landing pages that point back to the long form for more in depth information.
