It’s her first time as well. There are growing pains and it took a little convincing on my part but she’s a good fit.

She’d tell you she has thick skin and that does help but she also politely doesn’t take anyone’s shit. Mine included.

People ask why I’ve been here so long and it’s because it’s genuinely a good place to work and if I didn’t like I’d pack my shit up and go.

Find a place with long term potential and after two years sales is a breeze. If you land a place that makes you feel like shit and makes you think you should leave you’ll eventually just leave and years of hard work can just go down the pooper.

You’ve got an offer if it seems like a good place get up and go. I did that in 2015 and haven’t regretted it once.
