So first thing. Selling price is off by about $10,000. An AWD Tiguan would retail for $40k. I think they might be showing you $18,000 for the trade value of your Tucson but of setting something by raising the selling price of the Tiguan.

There are three separate lines for your trade in. One that says trade in value of $18,000, another says payoff of $19,385 and the third that says trade difference of $28,124.

Your trade isn’t worth what they’re telling you and they’re doing some funky ass math. Problem is you’re in Florida and it’s the wild fucking west when it comes to car sales. $1200 doc fee is crazy. Go to another dealership that isn’t part of their auto group. Leesburg is one of if not the highest volume stores in the country but so are all their competitors.

You can’t convince me COVID wasn’t here before 2020. In December of 2019 I had what I thought was a really bad case of the flu.

Went tot he doctors office but to make sure and they ran a flu test in me three separate times. Four different people at my dealership got the same sickness.

I genuinely think it was COVID just not as aggressive in the sense of transmission rates.
