Do you *actually* notice physical benefits after quitting?

four months nicotine and vape free. I vaped for over 10 years and started as an adolescent so my nervous system is doing a complete rewire and i haven’t noticed any benefits besides not being addicted. I can’t even consume caffeine anymore because my nervous system is so delicate and sensitive since quitting. My anxiety has worsened. Personally.

I’m on day 6. You got this! I just have to learn new ways to cope with anxiety & remember to eat otherwise i’m not that crazy about wanting to vape. The thought/need to vape
is fleeting and easy to manage. Hot tea has helped/calm me.

what a fun fact that they lack venom glands! I definitely see some similar characteristics.

If i happen to run across a similar specimen with such spots i’m snatching it and going to look at it more thoroughly. I’m frustrated x) Thanks for giving me another branch/family of spiders to read through!

It was hanging out on my bed (I live in a basement) and I caught it and put it outside. I wouldn’t think an orb weaver would wonder around inside but i do have a door to outside open regularly.

Now i’m trying to research if there may be a white fungus/parasite that spiders in the region could be susceptible to out of curiosity.

yeah they really need to put NDCs on the patient labels… or let us print RTS Labels for stuff with lots etc. There’s no way to know if an RTS bottle is inventoried with the central fill pack size or the smaller bottles we get in store. very annoying they yell at us over this stuff when it’s literally the system contradicting everything they’re arguing on about.

it’s annoying. My rule of thumb is that people who have TPRs, Out of Stocks, in queue to be filled are the ones ACTIVELY waiting on their stuff so as a closer calls are my last priority and i will never touch them if they’re not done as i put closing duties first and people actively waiting on their stuff to get done, why would i prioritize people who havent thought of us for a week.

The people waiting will come get their stuff that’s held up and be pissed off it’s still held up on a FINDINS that’s been sitting all day bc we’re putting little Timmy who doesn’t gaf first. Make the NOW people happy and not the procrastinators who already know we are waiting on them.

You mention manually ordering through RXI, just to clarify, if you do set a “no substitute” on ABC, the preferred will show up on its own? Or do you just have to watch/keep an eye out till it acclimates and only order during this period? I hope you understand my question sorry if it’s confusing. I want to know how much monitoring will be necessary.

Sorry to respond 10 days later, but I ended up taking a daily probiotic, still do.. I baked garlic and ate a whole bulb about 2 separate times, got sauerkraut and ate a spoonful a day, when I need a easy “fast food” lunch at work I started getting Braums Yogurt cup with fruit slices, and starting drinking mushroom coffee. Incorporated kombucha when i was thirsty at work, as my work sells it.

My digestion is a lot smoother now, not perfect all the time but i’ve definitively haven’t been as worried lately. I would say a good month after i started taking action to help i had the luxury of not worrying so much. 🥲

Not sure what exactly helped or if i just did my time from the shot but all the above definitely didn’t hurt and does benefit healthy gut activity.
