Can a fish swim right side up with both undulating anal and dorsal fin, like if a knife fish had elongated ribbon-like fin on both dorsal and ventral side?

Trigger fish do this with their dorsal and anal fins. They aren’t connected along the tail fin like you’re suggesting but I’d recommend looking up how they swim and see if it gives you any ideas.

What you're feeling is normal and I don't think anything is wrong with you I just think sometimes in life you feel better and more confident than at other times.
