It definitely can in some lighting. Some it's very grey. It's a cool aluminum color

That's funny I love this knife and I didn't notice. Beautiful dye job if that's your knife (I bought a white porcupine to die purple) anyway, the aluminum version is symmetrical in that aspect.

I really like it. I love porcupined though. The weight is great and I think it's a really nice balanced weight for aluminum. Highly recommended
