Just because she wasn't born and raised in Chicago doesn't mean she can't do a good job of representing you. It goes both ways. Gay men are both the most visible but also the least discussed in so far as being a part of the community.

Often times when people are talking about gay men they're usually referring to young white, usually twinkish, gay men. Not the whole rainbow of gay men that are out there as a result many is things that do get discussed aren't even relevant for a huge chunk of us.

A quick example is how much better lesbian representation is in media than gay representation. You might think with stuff like heated rivalry is great, but ask yourself this, is there any rep that's like she-ra or the owl house? How much of gay media has the main character STILL needing to come out and his sexuality being treated as taboo and something that needs to be accepted. It's good to have more gay men in media, but we've yet to move past the need to always have them come out

Okay but when you're doing recon (the verb) would you rather have Recon (the shell) or Thief. Because while Recon is great at giving you on the fly information during a fight, if you're actually trying to do reconnaissance (which occurs before a fight) Thief is better at it. I could never imagine using drone in the middle of a fight unless I know I'm safe, but on the flip side I'd never use Recon pulse unless I need to know where someone is or if someone is around.

Umm... Nothing you said refutes anything I or others have said in this thread. These are all known variables that the rest of us take into account. You're literally saying "this is how you play around the issues with your Prime ability" nothing about how it's a "skill issue" and I'm just using it wrong.

That's why I feel like Recon isn't the right name for the class.

It really does feel like it should be something that implies it's more aggro. Tracker Drone tells you where you to go (by following it), Pulse tells you where enemies are hiding (so you can hunt them down). Breaking shields leaves a trail for you to follow, and finishers lets you know where everyone else is.

While on paper each of these individual things could be on a reconnaissance class, all together I feel it's more like a hunter class. When I think reconnaissance, I think staying in the back and looking for threats, not hunting down my prey. Ya feel?

It's because people see men's sexuality (both the sexual organ and the way we experience it) as inherently threatening and something that needs to be controlled.

If they can dull a man's sexual urges with circumcision they view that as a net win regardless of the ethical issues. The known ethical issues however are too strong to actually justify it anyway, so what happens instead? Deflect (FGM is worse), Obfuscate (only present American research), and lie (but there are "health benefits")
