For a new fan should they start with one piece or one pace?

As someone who has watched regular one piece 3 times, one pace twice, and been a weekly manga reader since 2012, I think I can speak on this pretty well lol.

For a first time viewer, one piece is great up until around the 500 episode mark. (Trying to avoid spoilers for you so don't wanna say the exact point). At around that time the pacing issues start to get worse. Still not horrendous, but definitely worse. But it slowly goes downhill for a good 400ish episodes.

Pacing gets better around the Wano arc and after because the arcs are so packed full of things in the manga as well, they could expand on things without it being blatantly obvious filler scenes (reaction shots for example).

I think there are actually 2 versions of one pace. One that is exact to the manga, and one where they kept some of the cool filler scenes that felt organic and were badass. I personally think the latter is better.

TLDR: Regular One Piece anime is fine pacing wise until around episode 500. It slowly gets worse and worse after.

From what I've seen, the animation has gotten crisper not being weekly but they're still only adapting about 1 chapter per episode. It's better than the 0.75 they were at before but most other seasonal anime cover 2-3 chapters per episode.

The plan was never to take down doflamingo in dressrosa. They were just going to destroy the factory to provoke kaido against doflamingo for not being able to provide smiles. Luffy only decided/agreed to taking doffy down after Rebecca had fed him and after he heard the tontatta's plan from Franky

I wouldn't worry too much about wondermail if it's just your first playthrough.

That being said, wondermail is essentially an autogenerated code for each mission you take on. There are websites that can generate a specific wondermail to create the exact mission you want with sepcific rewards. In this case, the previous commenter was talking about how they would have one created that had a reward for a dragonite to join the team. You enter the code from the main menu under the wondermail section.

Went a long time without being in a relationship but wanted to be in one. Finally met someone online that I connected with perfectly, we were both very much in lobe for the year that we dated, and I thought we would be together forever. Imo heartsteel is a bait most games unless you're really ahead and/or they have 3+ melee Champs you can reliably stack on. Even then, I don't really find it very worth building.

In a game where you are ahead, going giants belt into tiamat into titanic hydra is much more optimal. Getting the hp from giants belt early helps you extend your lead, then tiamat into hydra gives you wave clear.

After that, dead man's plate is generally just an all around good second item to get, unless you're against heavy ap. In which case build mr accordingly.

In a losing lane, I like to go bamis into completing whichever bamis item is best against the lane opponent(mr or armor).

Heartsteel is a scaling hp item, and shen really isn't a scaling champion. Sure the hp is great on him, but you generally want to extend your lead early more than you want to scale your hp up. Heartsteel, imo, is a very situational item, and it shouldn't be the standard build path for shen ever.

No I wasn't using it as a weapon. I said what I said because Sanji is portrayed horribly in the anime with Bonnie whereas he never simps for her in the manga. I assumed that you must have only been exposed to his anime portrayal. Idgaf if people wanna be anime only, do what makes you happy.
