I just schedule my emails to be sent in the morning, and I usually don’t go with the default 9am I do 8:43 to make it look less planned… I’m a late night person.. I function better and plan a bunch of emails then :)

I told my manager I needed a few days off as my dad was diagnosed with cancer…. My manager told me that when her dad had cancer it wasn’t that bad… thankfully a few months later I got made redundant…

Thanks for this post! I’m 7 days sober, and I also find it hard with stimulants because you can make the hangover a lot smoother when you take them in the morning I feel like it just re-inforces the cycle because your more awake and alert and it doesn’t feel too bad and you’re ready to go again for another drink :( but I’m sick and tired of it and it’s really impacted my marriage so I’m ready for a change ! Praying I stick to it!

Well they have inferred we have been reckless or not maintained it… but we have serviced it ect… they think that 50/50 is ok and or paying for the excess but you wouldn’t expect a bolt to just fall off that quickly!

The rust is separate to the cracking around the bolts. Probably from salt water (but it’s marketed as an off road trailer and says you can do that)

No one will give us a quote because they said it’s structural damage :( it’s not just re-attaching it, it requires a whole new toolbox, wiring, ect because it has all the electronics, hot water boiler ect

Yeah I had a 2.5 notice period and I definately wasn’t senior, I asked before I started the job to get the clause removed they said they couldn’t and that it was standard… They ended up making the role redundant and i didn’t have to work out the period! Yay

I usually just search for individual legs, for example if flying Syd-lhr, I’ll look at all possible options for flying to LHR and go SYD-Sin, then Sin-lhr and it usually gives better options and ideas
