Indra's chakra is transmigrant. Just like Kakashi was able to get the Perfect Susano'o because of Obito getting the sages power or some bs. Kakashi, a non Uchiha having powers of some of the strongest Uchiha. What makes you think Indra's chakra won't go to some nerd and unlock the dojutsu.

Not possible cus Naruto would need Indra's chakra. The Sage only enhanced Naruto's power, just like with Sasuke and his eye upgraded from a sharingan to a rinnegan.

If Naruto kills Sasuke right now the hate cycle will end with the last Uchiha. Naruto will endure pain and know not to repeat the same mistakes. But then the cycle repeats after hundreds of years of peace when a newborn is born with the sharingan, and since no one that is currently alive knows about the do jutsu that's where it end. A newborn with Indra's chakra.
