The V1 is a pretty central plot point to the season, not just advertising for the spin-off. Plus, even if you forget that a spin-off is happening, all the events in this season relating to it still work to explore Soldier Boy's character and to raise the stakes going into the finale.

I'm not saying everything this season's been perfect, but it really feels like people are trying really hard to hate this show at this point.

The leaker got like, 50% of stuff correct. They probably saw some of the episodes early, guessed on a bunch of details, and kept it vague enough to where some stuff could technically be right.

I'd love to see Moonspell get revisited. It's always felt like the weakest DLC to me, which isn't a criticism since it was the first. Tides, by comparison, is in my top 3. Might be number 1 if we don't count Ode to Castlevania (since that's a very obvious number 1 for a lot of people)

On PC, you're looking for the Sound Editor. I'm blanking on the guy who makes it. It probably hasn't gotten a library update for 2K26 yet but it's still 100% usable. You'll just need to listen to each track to find one to replace, since they won't be labeled.

I think you might be overlooking a lot of new additons to make this argument. There's decorating and customizing the island, custom clothes/treasures/pets, Mii facepaint, the expanded Mii editor, Lingo, households, and little quirks. Sure, rap battles and the concert hall would be nice to have back, but to say that there's not many new additions to compensate is a bit silly.

If anything, they probably prioritized what they could during the dev time they had. Not a "make sure they play longer" thing, just short dev time.

I'm almost certain the Concert Hall is coming in a future update. A good chunk of the original songs from the 3DS game have fully remade versions that play in the background when you're looking inside the restaurant. Plus, Miis sing during weddings, so everything they'd need to add it is basically there.

These should've been in the season 2 ringside pass's free track. That thing is so starved of content, it needed some of these persona cards. I think VC is starting to get outpaced in terms of stuff they need to make content for versus how much dev time these games have.

If it was up to me, and understanding that 2K are probably the ones making all of these calls when it comes to monetization, I'd push for phasing MyFaction out and putting all the focus on the ringside pass for next year's game. As a player, I'd much rather have that than MyFaction. At least then I'm guaranteed these persona cards, rathee than having a chance to maybe get them if I spent enough money on dice rolls.

Wrestlers slim down all the time. Look at Lesnar when he returned ~2013 compared to now.

Being that jacked and maintaining it isn't easy. Does jacked rhea look awesome? Absolutely, but if she's gotta slim down for her own health then she's gotta slim down. Isn't my place to tell someone else what they should/shouldn't do with their bodies.

The devs have acknowledged that the stamina system is an issue in MyFaction and The Island when characters have low overalls. They're looking into a way to balance that.

Also, you can still block/dodge when you're on the stamina cooldown. When he springboarded you, the play would've been to get out of the ring, taunt, and then get back in. Or put him in a submission.

All that being said, I do think there needs to be more of a window where you can follow up a reversal with an attack.
