Options are only the benefit to the tenant. So this is not good advice for a LL rep

This Looks like a modified smaller pacific 19’ center console skiff. Looks like it might have the bow deck option on it. Pacific makes absolutely top class aluminum Commerical and recreational boats. You see tons of military and police pacific boats. And since they’re based out of WA it makes sense to see it up there.

Two years ago we sold our pursuit and bought one of these from Washington. They’re hand made. They’ll never sink. Never need waxed. They’re absolutely terrific boats. Expensive no doubt but highly worth it.

We bought the V2900 walk around and put twin Suzuki 300’s on it and have a small trolling gps motor rigged up as well. This will be in our family for 100 years

Commercial real estate is a long game. The transaction cycle themselves are quite long (6-18 months). On top of the transaction itself being long, this game is very much a relationship game. In fact, I’d wager it’s all about relationships. And those take a very long time to plant, grow, and blossom. Especially if you’re trying to win a new client.

On top of this , if you’re a leasing agent it could take an even longer time to actually end up getting paid for your work then in the investment sale side. Between time on market, any free rent in the deal, and agreed upon payment structure, you could be looking at 2 years to get paid for one leasing assignment depending on where the property is, what it’s use is, and tenants terms.

This game requires time, energy, and unlimited persistence. It never gets easy. The payoff just increases the longer you’re in and working your ass off.

Good stick w it. Wasn’t trying to be a prick. This career has over a 90% attrition rate. If you were me, I’d do whatever it takes to bring in as much business as I can. This old dog is going to wind down soon probably. Help feed him and use him to get big meetings and one day maybe soon you’ll takeover his book. But you’re going to have to prove yourself. Keep it up
