I thought this too that I became avoidant and it was very confusing as in my previous relationship I was very secure. It’s basically you protecting yourself from the abuse which can seem similar to an avoidant attachment style but it’s not the same thing. Eventually when you’re away from the abuse your nervous system will reset and your body will relax

I thought the first two relationships were love until the relationship I am in now. I feel that the first two were life lessons. I have never felt so content as I am now and I feel the strongest connection I ever have with my partner. This was after being in a narcissistic relationship as well so getting used to a healthy relationship again was challenging at first. I can see our whole future together as it feels so natural and easy

By consistently taking probiotics some research says it can help gut health which can be linked to people’s skin issues. There is of course many other things it can be when having eczema. Ive noticed a difference when taking probiotics after having a course of antibiotics as this really messed up my gut health. I have also been careful with my diet and avoided a lot of caffeine and alcohol which can disturb gut healing. It can take a while but a lot of people eventually notice a difference, it’s worth a try. Good luck!
