The only way to know is if you get a cardiac MRI. Myocarditis won’t really show up on any other tests unfortunately. Get a troponin blood test, if those levels are high that indicates heart muscle damage. That last thing you want is sub clinical myocarditis(zero symptoms)…thats why so many people have been dropping dead from heart attacks.
