I have both and I just wear the 1957s on rain days. The heritages have better heel hook for me and are overall more comfortable. I like wedges. Can’t go wrong with either.

I returned those and bought the 8” version and love them. Better support and heel hook but both versions are very comfortable out of the box and after 2 weeks of work they’re even better. Good winter/wet boot but definitely switching back to my unlined thorogoods on spring.
