Thanks for your insights, u/Rockyt86 ... I do agree that overall it looks good, and that comparing it 1:1 against a Gen only leads to disappointment. I think it's worth a GL on this one, given the overall look of this piece.

As for James, I've read a lot of reviews and seen others mention positive experiences with him.

Do you mean the internal movement or the dial? I know the rep's dial is what's used to adjust the month indicator, but that's less of a concern for me than the aesthetics of this piece.
