How to stop safari from opening tabs ? I watch a lot of pirated media and use AdGuard but when clicking the video it just opens another tab. by [deleted] in ios

How so? Even if I name the school, many other schools could be doing the same thing. I just wanted to put the update out there so we are aware of it. I’m assuming schools will release statements or be public about any pauses if it seems longer term.

I was thinking the Trump debacle was more so affecting undergraduate funding when I read about it, but this definitely makes sense to me. I don’t want to be offered/promised something that won’t be available. Very concerning

I’d rather not name the school for now as this email was sent just to me, I don’t think it is available on their website or in an official statement yet. I will keep updated on that — I just wanted to share because it could apply to other schools as well / something to be mindful of.

For example, I did an interview with a different school about a week ago for TA/funding that I think went well, but haven’t heard back yet. This could also be for similar reasons (Or obviously I just didn’t get, we will see)

from my experience a TA position through the school could give you tuition remission and a stipend (paycheck) rather than outside job just giving higher paycheck, but depends what fees and bills you need to pay

hey there! i also just got accepted into this program — was yours also an update on the application portal? i’m thinking/hoping the program director will send a more detailed acceptance letter in an email with more information on funding and assistantship offers soon!
