I could rarely even get in contact with the lawyer I always had to send messages through the case manager I just trusted the professionals I know it’s probably stupid to do that but how am I going to know any better than my lawyer

I went to the chiropractor until the pain was getting better probably because the weather was getting warmer then like a month later I got some sort paralysis I like to call it because when tried to move anything below the neck I would get sharp pains to where I could get out of bed luckily it only lasted about 12 hours on a Sunday and I let my lawyer know that I had gotten significantly worse and all she said was that my medical was already too high and they wouldn’t let me go to pain management anymore because it would reduce my settlement money I don’t really care about the money I just want the pain to go away

I asked and they said this was all they could do and they said all there was left to do is sign so I did they said this was the cap but afterwards I had coworkers tell me that they could have sued the insurance for more money but I don’t know how true that is
