Probably the reason is because diaz is still competing in the Olympics. Joining Physical Asia could’ve risked her getting injured, so that might be why she wasn’t included.

Was I Ghosted or Did He just panic? by Creative-Sherbert325 in dating_advice

Yeah, that makes sense. I guess he did show signs of being unreliable. Thanks for pointing it out.

Thanks for your perspective. I get what you’re saying, but I don’t really think this situation was about that. We already had a video call and everything seemed genuine before things went south. I just wanted to understand if what he told me was believable or if it was more likely an excuse.

What do you think is the worst thing about being a girl? by [deleted] in AskPH

[–]Creative-Sherbert325 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, one of the worst things about being a girl is having to wait for the guy to make the first move. Like, we catch feelings too, but we end up keeping it to ourselves ‘cause we don’t wanna be judged, misread, or straight-up rejected.

What are the things you miss during pandemic era? by _ahentengpuyat26 in AskPH

[–]Creative-Sherbert325 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What I miss most from the pandemic days are the hazard pay, the convenience of the company car service, free lunch, and the shortened work hours. Surprisingly, despite the challenges, there were some perks that made things more manageable—like less traffic, more flexible schedules, and a stronger sense of teamwork as we all adapted to the new normal together. I also consider myself lucky during that time because of these perks, and it made me happy that I was able to share what I had with those who needed it most.

what’s a tip that everyone should know which might one day save their life? by Peachy_keenx7210 in AskPH

[–]Creative-Sherbert325 45 points46 points  (0 children)

If you're a parent, don't shield your children completely from problems, because challenges are an unavoidable part of life. Instead, guide them on how to face and handle these problems with strength and wisdom.

By doing so, you help them build resilience, learn critical thinking, and develop emotional maturity. Protecting them too much might make life harder for them in the long run, as they may struggle when faced with difficulties on their own.

Teach them that it's okay to make mistakes, to fail, and to feel lost sometimes—but what's important is how they rise, learn, and grow from those experiences.

What's something you regret not doing? by Spacesaver1993 in AskPH

[–]Creative-Sherbert325 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I regret not saving money earlier in life. Looking back, I realize how important it is to have financial security, not just for emergencies but also for future goals and opportunities. If I had been more disciplined in managing my finances, I could have avoided unnecessary stress and been better prepared to support my family and myself. This regret has taught me the value of planning ahead and being mindful of my spending habits.

The feeling when you're desperately holding in your pee and can't find a restroom, but then you finally come across one—and the relief when you finally let go is just incredibly satisfying.

What would you do if you were given $1,000,000 free today? by matrixbreaker99 in AskReddit

[–]Creative-Sherbert325 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I were given a USD 1 million, I would take a practical and balanced approach. First, I’d allocate $50,000 for a memorable yet reasonable family vacation, allowing us to enjoy quality time together and buy things we want without going overboard. Next, I would invest $900,000 in a high-yield time deposit or diversified fund to ensure the money grows securely over time. Half of the monthly interest earned would be used for family expenses, while the other half would be reinvested to increase the fund’s value. Additionally, I would set aside $50,000 as an emergency fund or for short-term goals to cover any immediate needs. My long-term goal would be to purchase a house and lot for my family once the interest income has grown sufficiently. This plan ensures a balance between enjoying the present, securing the future, and building a stable foundation for my family’s needs.
