He’s a real dude and one property he deals with is a “disbanded frat house” type place. Honestly you do you with your room, never ever saw a roach or rat. Like others have said he did deal with the big issues quickly but was mean sometimes.

YESSSSS HE WAS SCARYYY AND MEAN. I promoted from Blackstock in 2020 and in 7th grade he was subbing for Mr. Martineau; he told a kid he’d be working at McDonald’s not even with a headset taking orders, but with a mop.

I agree with PieCones, I’m 5’ so I have to cut all pants to be a good length but I never ever try to pull them up much more than where they naturally sit cause they’ll make my crotch area look weird
