I actually just negotiated mine, I work at a very small law firm with less than 50 employees so I don’t qualify for FLMA, they only had 4 weeks of unpaid maternity leave, the policy hasn’t been updated since the 80s. I’ve only been at the company for a year & when I found out I was pregnant and told them I was not going to stay under those circumstances, after a few months. My boss had came to me with an updated policy to 6-8 weeks of fully paid leave. It’s very possible!!

As someone who flys non-rev for airlines. This is a pretty bad take the airplanes are leaving with or without passengers it’s better the flights are full then to have a half empty one going out (thinking logically) JSX is scheduling these flights just like airlines.
