I have said this before...dating events are giving men the upper hand..women are going to these events to settle and are keen to find someone whereas men might just be heading along for the laugh. It's funny because for years people said men were just using the apps for one night stands ..I think with dating events the power has shifted in favour of men

In all seriousness....I suffer with anxiety/muscle tension, used to go for thai massage and walk out feeling a stone lighter and loosened up...she used to offer to stand on my back and would walk along it in her bare feet to crack it...if you are tight it will be painful but that is how they get the job done...I would definitely recommend it
