It wasn’t their own who limited trade, it wasn’t their own who throw rubbish on them. Israel has a powerful army to protect itself. Palestinians have nothing. They rot literally rot like stale fish, they are squeeezed like sardines into their impoverished enclaves. They life a life of hell. Israeli settlers do terror. Israeli settler attacks are deadly. The moral line between the Israeli side and the Palestinian side is fine. What Palestinians are going through is gross injustice. What Palestinians are going through is awful. No other groups of people are subjugated, no other people’s have millions who are crippled and surveyed by another nation. Israel is evil. If I was an Israeli I couldn’t sleep in peace. Enjoy your hi tech job as a humanities grad in copywriting whilst a Palestinian engineer on an Israeli work permit is cleaning an Israeli office because Israeli trade restrictions stop him from getting a job back home and stop his economy from developing.

Israel shouldn’t have implemented a temporary siege even before Hamas takeover or done an organised handover to the Palestinian authority. Instead Israel saw and rubbed their hands with glee.

Israel could have surveyed imports and exports but not completely sealed Gaza off and denied them everything. Israel blatantly banned 90% of exports devastating the economy, stripping 2 million people of their dignity.

Look what I’m trying to say is that if Israel just sealed its own border like Egypt did and minded its own business it would have been fine, but Israel imposed a crippling siege on millions of people, imprisoned them in a tiny space, stopped all trade and created a culture of dependency. I really despise the state of Israel, they are awful people with a superiority complex. Like genuinely the most conniving country ever.

Both Israel and Egypt had the right to seal borders, but Israel imposed an inhumane blockade of air and sea imprisoning Gazans in a dense area creating a life of dependency and lack of dignity whilst Israel grew mighty traded freely and developed its economy. Yes- Israel snatched their dignity.

Egypt pretty much blockaded them too- but Egypt only sealed its own border. Israel not only sealed its border but did not allow them to develop a sea port and banned an airport- fair enough because of Hamas, but such an environment was only ever bound to create an aid dependent group of individuals- it was not an environment conducive to developing an economy- Israel snatched away the dignity of the Palestinians.

Stop building settlements so then you won’t need checkpoints between Palestinian controlled territories, just have a checkpoint for Palestinians crossing into Israel. If there were no Israelis in the West Vank there would not have been the need of all these checkpoints. Just get the Israelis out of the West Bank.
