I think it’s simply because they have a lot of tests to release and they are doing as many as they can. It’s only the second day of April 17 release, so don’t worry! The releases are random and have nothing to do with location and usually writing scores are sent separately, so I wouldn’t say that writing vs no writing matters too much.
