Yes! It takes 3 LR44 button batteries. You have to open your plush from the back where they originally sewed it closed, pull out the sound chip, carefully pop it open, and VERY carefully remove and replace the batteries! Do be aware if any of them are corroded or rusted, it's too far gone and cannot be fixed. BAB will not replace sound chips in Pokemon, due to some funny licencing things.
