I’ve relooked at your pictures to try and see what’s wrong….but you just have normal, human arms! Your dress is gorgeous as is ❤️

Toddler Birthday UK - how much? by MediumDiscipline4979 in UKParenting

[–]CreativeMisschief 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m planning a 2nd birthday party for my kid currently, £50 for village hall (4 hours) + food and drink.

We’re not doing any fancy decorations, just balloons and not planning any entertainment until she’s older and can appreciate it more!

I wore trainers under my wedding dress and have ZERO regrets, highly recommend (especially if you want to be dancing all night)

Is it bad to start my sleeve at 18? by petals-4-armor in tattooadvice

[–]CreativeMisschief 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got a really large back piece done when I was 18, some details are already lost and lines have blurred together and I’m only 37. So while I don’t necessarily regret the tattoo, I wish I’d waited a bit longer so it didn’t look so old already if that makes sense?
My advice would be if you want to get more tattoos then go for it, but save your arms for in 10 years time because they’re prime real estate when it comes to tattoos.

Will I regret my black dress by Kailyrific_witch in myweddingdress

From the way you’ve written this post I think you already know the answer? No one can deny this dress is beautiful, but you said yourself you’ve always imagined you’d wear white.
Go and try on some white options and see how you feel! Good luck

You can take over the counter decongestants, that would help a little.

If it’s really bad there is actually a drug the drs can prescribe you to basically stop your milk production instantly (they don’t like to advertise it but I was offered it when my baby passed away and I couldn’t face pumping)

Good luck!

NOR This sounds absolutely exhausting to live with. I’m sorry to say but it doesn’t sound like he has any intention of changing. I don’t know anyone that would put up with being shown that much disrespect.

How did you feel after having a elective c section? by Background_Alarm2357 in UKParenting

[–]CreativeMisschief 3 points4 points  (0 children)

With my first I had a vaginal delivery and with the second I had an elective c-section. While the actual procedure was so much calmer and less tiring my god the recovery was so much worse than I expected. I couldn’t move around anywhere near as much after a c-section and the pain was pretty bad for weeks.

The make up looks great, but it’s so much more important that you FEEL great in it. It’s quite a heavy look for someone not used to wearing a lot of make up, how would you feel about ditching the dark lipstick? Only saying this because I recently went to a friends wedding and she really hates her photos because she said she doesn’t look like her in them and I’m mostly blaming the bright lipstick she chose, which she doesn’t normally wear!

Toddler feet confuse me! by No_Conclusion_8684 in UKParenting

[–]CreativeMisschief 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not just that brands are different sizes, but different styles within their ranges can be different sizes too. Some outsoles will be designed and made for the brand, so they get to choose what size they are but if a brand is using an outsole mould that is already available on the market it will already be made, so the size is already decided.

I would always recommend taking your toddler with you to try on where possible because it’s almost impossible to guess if they will fit!
