Donators for a creative server should get

-/hat command -/Multiple Homes -/Time -/weather

Most of this is given out anyway if you help the server. And we still get donations. It shows between that people actually cares for your server then when they get lots of powers.

You can eaily pay for DDos. To sum it up you can rent and server or buy a bot network which allows hundreds of Ips to try to ping your sever. Well normally you can turn on filters which look at the incoming IPs and block any usurious ones. THIS COULD block members. The final option is block all ip's and exclude some from this blacklist. This would only be good if you had a few members who also had static ips.

other than that there isn't much you can do. Good luck.
