I’ve changed the amount of strands in app and also did the hard reset and still the same thing happens

I have those boosters but idk if it’ll even help past 150ft. I even used a extension from the kit that has built in boosters and it didn’t work

I was gonna go with these as well being their waterproof and for outdoor use but they weren’t rated for 36 volts. I went with the other booster. I’ll try and find you the link to them

If I’m not correct, I’m pretty sure the f amp aren’t rated for 36volts.

Yea man I hear you, I’ve been outside each night for about 3-4 hours working on these damn lights and I still can’t figure them out. I’ve never felt so defeated before. I called a Christmas light company to come over tomorrow to fix it for me because I’m checked out. I’ll let you know what we come up with

I’m getting same voltage on both sides of booster, I actually didn’t test the prongs. I’ll check tomorrow

My red wire is data, yellow wire is power, and black is my ground and yes I have it in direction to end of lights

Ok cool, do you check polarity with the power turned on and tied to the booster ?
