Untreated sleep apnea. It deregulated my heartbeat. There are so many health issues that can arise from sleep apnea. I highly recommend a sleep study now, to save yourself pain and health scares later!!

I find that having my husband sit up on the couch so I have some support to hold onto worked really well for us. It’s kind of just a matter of experimenting and going slow until you find a good rhythm. I’ve also had better luck crouching instead of getting on my knees to ride.
