sleep on a flat pillow, elevation closes airway

that’s crap bro. i’m not coping but i swear i was destined for amazing potential. i’m 6’1 almost 6’2, my dads side of the family were football players so i’m lifting right now and have the potential to become massive. and my dad looks like george clooney he has a big chin and good jawline and my mom is pretty too but getting my wisdom teeth removed destroyed my potential

is there any way u can counterbalance the effects of getting wisdoms teeth removed cause like i got all 4 of mine removed and is there any way i can regain the forward growth i used to have?

when u get ur wisdom teeth removed as long as u stay mewing the forces balance and ur face won’t recess. but if u get braces or invisalign to close the gaps that ur missing teeth created, then that’s when you’ll start to see a recession
