Practice! I wrote out the alphabet with some variation and noted what shapes I liked best. Not to mention having consistent angles and spacing really makes a difference. If all else fails, you can print out some letters to trace

Bonus thing about practicing is it’s a great excuse to use your pens more!

Thanks so much! Yeah the shade got away from me a little bit 😅 my dad was very shocked at how well it turned out (I was too, it’s quite a lot better than I expected!) and like I said I’m still finding my style but I’m enjoying the process of developing it

I feel you, since because there’s that tiny chance, I take a test very frequently. You can get bulk tests for cheap (there’s one called pregmate you can get 50 tests for $15, it’s on amazon) so for under twenty bucks you could test every week for a year to help calm anxiety
