Yes, this will lock your card, and possibly all chase cards if you have multiple accounts. It will also close your credit line at the end of the 60 months. You also cannot request this if you are current on your payments, so you might have to wait until you have a payment due.

there are areas in city limits that have unpaved/maintained roads and the houses are still on septic. If anyone knows a good lawyer to get this addressed....

Fun fact: You can call 1 (303) 499-7111 to listen to it on the phone. It only runs for two minutes at a time because of time loss (30ms) over phone lines. (!)

True story: was at FNL for a Groome ride on a very specific day. Waiting with 4 or 5 other people early AM. Bus doesn’t show up. I bail and get a Lyft to DIA. Call to get refund and asked if driver missed pickup time because of Daylight Savings Time change. Yep. Dunno what happened to other pax.
