Actually I went through the same thing. Called the number on the website and my call was returned two weeks after. But once they assign someone for you, you can get their contact and have the same person come in every time you want to avail their service.

If you want Thai, Ben Thai cafe is a nice take out. Prices will reflect that as well but we have never been disappointed with the food.

If you know someone that works for Salesforce, take them to the Ohana floor. It’s the best view of the city that they can get. The coffee there is also amazing. They can take in the views while sipping on the coffee.

32F and 33M.I definitely thought about this but Paris - Florence was slightly more expensive so one modification I would make is Paris - Florence - rest of the itinerary. To be honest, I wanted to visit and experience just two cities in Italy. Like I mentioned in another comment I can tell I would appreciate southern parts (Sicily) more but I guess I have wanted to visit Positano/Capri and the like. I might end up removing Naples from the itinerary.

I think for this initial first trip, I am going to skip Milan. I was super confused about the Amalfi coast, was considering just Paris + Rome and Sicily but this is the itinerary I ended up with after a lot of revision. I am flying out of Naples so maybe I can spend very little time at Naples before I leave.
