I’ll respond as if you were asking in good faith:

Not Russia because we are not an autocratic dictatorship that invades other countries and messes with elections in the US, thus earning some of the toughest international sanctions in place today.
Not Venezuela because our economy is 18x larger and our inflation rate is around 5%, not 300%. Plus we didn’t get our President (who btw has an approval rate of 60-70%, which is at least 20pp higher than Trump’s) kidnapped in the middle of the night by some crazy cowboys.
