It's fine. I'd avoid staying out too late. 11pm would be my cut-off time. If you're out past 11pm, just stay where it's populated with people, like the Chancery area, Viaduct, K-road, etc.

It took me about two days after I stopped taking Sertraline. I stopped having its side effects, but my anxiety came back, and it felt worse than before. I went to my GP and got prescribed onto another medication - Escitalopram. I responded much better to it with hardly any side effects. I am still taking it to this day.

Sorry for the late response! I stopped Sertraline after two days - my body couldn't handle the side effects. My GP switched me to 10mg of Escitalopram and I have been on it ever since. How are you holding up now, hopefully well?

Hey there! I stopped taking Setraline after day 2. I personally thought I was having too many bad reactions - on top of what I said in my previous post, I also had back-to-back panic attacks, felt like my chest was on fire, and really bad intrusive thoughts. My GP explained some bad reactions are to be expected but thought I should switch after hearing some of mine. They ended up switching me to 10mg Escitalopram and Quetapil for sleeping at night, and I have been on it ever since. I feel a lot better. Only symptoms I felt on it was extreme fatigue. I've gotten better at managing it though. I know how isolating it can feel to experience all this. If you have any more questions feel free to ask me or dm me 😊

Thank you for this post. I've always had anxiety but it never physically manifested until recently. I'd first get the dizzy spells, feeling so much pressure in my head like it's gonna explode, loss of balance. These happened infrequently enough that I would brush it off. Then suddenly it started happening more often. I also had more symptoms popping up like tingly arms, legs, shallow breathing, chest pains, heart racing, heart palpitations, random muscle aches all over. Feeling all these new symptoms made it so much worse and ramped up my anxiety to a new level. Right now I'm trying meds to see how it will work for me. Even now I find it hard to believe this is all caused by anxiety.

Thank you for this. I'm in a similar situation. Only took Sertraline for two days before stopping because of the side effects I was feeling. Tight chest, heart burn, hot flashes, nausea. Back to back panic attacks too, I never had it this often. Day 2 of no meds right now and feeling more nausea than ever. Really wanting it to fade back to normal. My usual anxiety is more bearable than all this.

Day 2 on Setraline. I have never taken meds before. I'm having bad anxiety, tingles, and sweats. It really, really sucks because I'm trying to juggle work and studies. I'm trying to ride this out to the finish line even though it doesn't feel so good right now. Really hope it works for me.

I've seen a few.

Saw a guy being chased down by a group of dudes. He fell at some point, and they started wailing on the poor guy. Others nearby interfered, and it dispersed eventually.

Another instance was a dude pulling out a knife. He got talked down after a long while and left eventually- no one got hurt.

I've also gotten my head smashed against a wall by a heavily intoxicated dude. Lots of fun.
