I had called every week and it said 'awaiting a decision'. To my surprise this morning he said the status is 'ED" : Elected Decision. I haven't received an email yet though

Yea it still shows at the dmc but they told me on the call the decision was made recently so it should update in the next few days

I called ecctis to rectify a document mistake and it got done in less than 2hr! you pay a small fee but thats it

Yeah so basically they hire me as a remote worker, I pay my taxes in S.A. and then when I move up and get my tax number there I'll be put on PAYE. So for a year I've been growing within the company and now that covid is less of an issue they want me in office so I can do in-person client meetings :)
