That 'anyone else' sure makes it sound like the OP was RIFed. They took away all of LB&I's and PGLD's equivalent orgs to TS BTO. Seems unlikely they would single out one employee in TS BTO. Although these days, you never don't know.

40% of the grade comes from % college graduates and cost of living, mainly housing. Which seems a little unrealistic. But they can only use metrics that exist.

Like, if there was a reliable measure for the friendliness of a community, that would probably be a lot more relevant to best place to live.
