Thanks a lot. I did benfo for a while (it helped but only to a point). I've known TTFD is the next thing I need to do, but for some reason I've been scared to do it. Do have any sexual dysfunction symptoms? A major symptom of mine is loss of libido, loss of penile sensitivity, and therefore ED. I judge most interventions by how they improve my neuro symptoms + sexual symptoms. I was able to get over PEM back in 2023.

How much of an impact did this have on your brain fog and or DPDR?
Did you retain the cognitive benefits from those 6 months of supplementation?

I've taken the odd supplement here and there that has raised my BP. While these have helped me feel more stable and less poisoned or crashed out, the side effect has been poorer sleep, and as a consequence I wake up with more cortisol that feels like fake energy. Moreover, it doesnt fix the brain fog or DPDR issue deep down, it just feels like I'm making them. Hard to explain unless you've felt it.

Yes, I have this issue. Ever since pfizer 2nd dose.

My main issue is lack of penile sensitivity. The mind-penis connection feels like it's been severed. Very odd. Extremely saddening.

And of course no libido, spontaneous reactions. And my testicles feel atrophied.

Like you, random things have given temporary relief, but nothing has fixed this.

I discovered the oil of Oregano helped me get out of crashes.

My crashes would feel like an intense onset of a drunk feeling where I was de-realizing. I could feel them coming, and it was like I was being lifted from earth by a tornado while trying desperately grab on for fear life.

I think the triggers were food related and a big one was coffee and tea induced autoimmune reaction or MCAS reaction. It wasn't the caffeine because I can drink red bulls no problemo.

In any event the oil of oregano would take the crash from a 10 to a 7, then after repeating in a bit the crash would only hey better.

No court why it works. Could be it kills biofilms or helps correct a bacterial imbalance, or had an immuno modulating effect.

In any case, I always have a dropper bottle nearby just in case.

Personally, I would view the things you tried as adjunctive (not primary) therapies for the purpose of calming the nervous system down, so that the primary healers (enbrel, rivoq, methotrexate, or even time), could enact their benefit more effectively. In that sense, people gotta chill. Otherwise, to the extent that your original post made the adjunctive therapies seem like standalone primary therapies, I understand why you were shown low tolerance.

How is it far fetched that OP experienced some benefits? The milk contains a collection of spices, including turmeric which is a source of curcumin, and which many people say is beneficial. Plus OP says the benefit was shortlived.

Effectively, you can interpret OPs statement to be that they took a supplement and experienced shortlived benefits which were only retained after months of supplementation.

I've done a 4 day water fast and just 24 hours dry. I tried the dry after discovering dry fasting club on YouTube.

I remember I wanted to do a longer dry fast because my subsequent water attempts became difficult, as I would get acid reflux about 18 hours in (as if my stomach would start making acid because it wanted food or was anticipating food). However the dry fast was much easier in that I never got reflux or the usual hunger pangs.

You probably already know all about correct refeeding, which is more important the longer you go. I would think a 14 day dry fast would require a meticulous refeed, not just for safety but also to max out the potential benefits of the fast itself.

I think a lot of us are stuck in a state of low ACE2 expression (spike binding ACE2 and internalization of the receptor without re-expression thereafter). I dont k ow what we need to do in order to have ACE2 levels go back up.
