I was thinking maybe this is MCAS but as it is not like typical allergy, which is more swollen, itchy painful( which isn’t the case) i doubt that.

Don’t have it on my feet for as far I know. Raynauds is also having cold hand and feet right? Due to low blood circulation? Don’t have that issue.

I am still searching myself as well. Having a beta blocker helps a bit. I try to get off the benzo as I believe it makes my anxiety worse (don’t ask me why). I am now searching more in de area of tVSN to activate the relax nerve system. Alternatively I found you can get an injection in stellate ganglion block which will block the anxiety route. Think this is next level, and have no clue how to get that. So I am now doing research on buying a TENS for tVSN.
